Thank you for shopping at While We Are. We value your satisfaction and aim to make the return process fair and straightforward while protecting our small business.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached, accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at sebastian@whileweare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back using a trackable service. Unless the product is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
